Welcome to VjWaza, a mobile application developed and operated by New Line Busega, located in Busega, Kampala, Uganda. VjWaza is a streaming platform dedicated exclusively to local Ugandan VJ-dubbed movies and TV series.
This Privacy Policy applies solely to the VjWaza mobile application available on the Google Play Store. It does not cover any other services operated by New Line Busega.
By downloading, installing, or using the VjWaza app, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly, in accordance with applicable Ugandan data protection laws and Google Play's policies.

VjWaza collects only the minimum information necessary to provide you with a smooth and personalized streaming experience.

Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the VjWaza service or as required by law.
- Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Usage and log data is automatically deleted or anonymized after 12 months.
- Device data is not permanently stored beyond the active session.
When you delete your account or uninstall the app, we will remove your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Sharing of Your Information
We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We may only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

The VjWaza app is intended for users aged 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Some movie content on VjWaza may be suitable only for adult audiences. We encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children's use of the app and to contact us if they believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information immediately from our servers.
