The film follows Zach Sobiech, a fun-loving 17-year-old high school senior and raw musical talent from Stillwater, Minnesota. After battling a rare bone cancer called osteosarcoma for years, he learns the devastating news that his condition is terminal, leaving him with only about six months to live.
